Exceeded our expectations in relation to price paid - Excellent modern mini suites in a renovated building just across the road from the Principe train station and on the main street to the historic centre, about 10 mins walk... read more away. (Palazzo Real is on the same street). Entrance to the hotel, like many of the other old buildings is very narrow so take care not to miss it. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants but still pretty quiet.

We had a separate bedroom linked to a small sitting area with a super large armchair, desk, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and even a couple of biccies. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Bathroom was also reasonable size with modern fittings, a shower cubicle (no bath) and complimentary shower gel and body lotion.

A buffet breakfast is usually available for 7 euro we were told but was closed due to covid. This was not an issue as there is a decent cafe next door and several others to choose from close by as well.

My only criticism was that there was no heating in the room. We could only get the air con to blow out cold air and as it was pretty chilly and wet during our stay, we could really have done with a bit of warmth.

La camera... read more che ci è stata assegnata però, davvero improponibile. Una moquette sporca e puzzolente, 3 rampette di scale per arrivare al letto in alto, l'ultima rampetta con scalini di 8 cm, quindi al limite del pericoloso.
Viste le temperature freschine, accendiamo il riscaldamento: peccato che nella camera di mezzo arrivasse solo aria fredda (essendo messa di lato) mentre sopra si sprigionava la puzza di una moquette antiquata.
Il bagno microscopico.
Povera, la ragazza ci aveva si proposto il cambio camera il giorno successivo, ma facendo solo due notti abbiamo preferito rimanere lì...fortunatamente si stava poco in camera.
Probabilmente altre camere erano meglio ma la 112 è assolutamente da sistemare
