Letto comodo, doppi cuscini.Temperatura riscaldamento facilmente regolabile. Bollitore con caffè, tea, cioccolatini e biscotti di benvenuto. Camera recentemente ristrutturata. Pulizia e cortesia del personale

  LUXURY SHOULD NOT BE IN THE NAME OF THIS HOTEL - Great location with friendly staff... however the room was no better than an airport Holiday Inn with the air conditioning unit was literally spewing black mold and didn't send heat--... read more so I slept in the with the window open (40°F) and didnt want to use the blanket in the closet (which had someone else's bright blonde hair on it) and the "sanitized toilet" had fecal matter in the bottom of it when I went to use it for the first time.. it was disgusting. Oh apparently the business the floor below is doing a gut rehab so get ready for an unplanned 8am wakeup!

  Exceeded our expectations in relation to price paid - Excellent modern mini suites in a renovated building just across the road from the Principe train station and on the main street to the historic centre, about 10 mins walk... read more away. (Palazzo Real is on the same street). Entrance to the hotel, like many of the other old buildings is very narrow so take care not to miss it. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants but still pretty quiet.

We had a separate bedroom linked to a small sitting area with a super large armchair, desk, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and even a couple of biccies. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Bathroom was also reasonable size with modern fittings, a shower cubicle (no bath) and complimentary shower gel and body lotion.

A buffet breakfast is usually available for 7 euro we were told but was closed due to covid. This was not an issue as there is a decent cafe next door and several others to choose from close by as well.

My only criticism was that there was no heating in the room. We could only get the air con to blow out cold air and as it was pretty chilly and wet during our stay, we could really have done with a bit of warmth.
