Our room is on the 4th floor. At night we can hear people talking along the streets.
Breakfast cost a supplement €8.00
With luggage may be a problem. Too many steps and curbs

Lo staff gentile e disponibile ci ha permesso di lassciare il bagaglio per qualche ora al momento del check out.La colazione, servita in un locale dal soffitto affrescato, è varia ed abbondante.   LUXURY SHOULD NOT BE IN THE NAME OF THIS HOTEL - Great location with friendly staff... however the room was no better than an airport Holiday Inn with the air conditioning unit was literally spewing black mold and didn't send heat--... read more so I slept in the with the window open (40°F) and didnt want to use the blanket in the closet (which had someone else's bright blonde hair on it) and the "sanitized toilet" had fecal matter in the bottom of it when I went to use it for the first time.. it was disgusting. Oh apparently the business the floor below is doing a gut rehab so get ready for an unplanned 8am wakeup!

Left Genova early to get to Milan.
