3 star hotel - Value for $$$ - Stayed one night. Hotel is 3 minutes walk from Train Station.
Room is at adjacent very old building. Room is a bit small and tired but nicely decorated. Bed... read more is a bit too soft for me but clean sheets.
Our room is on the 4th floor. At night we can hear people talking along the streets.
Breakfast cost a supplement €8.00
With luggage may be a problem. Too many steps and curbs

  LUXURY SHOULD NOT BE IN THE NAME OF THIS HOTEL - Great location with friendly staff... however the room was no better than an airport Holiday Inn with the air conditioning unit was literally spewing black mold and didn't send heat--... read more so I slept in the with the window open (40°F) and didnt want to use the blanket in the closet (which had someone else's bright blonde hair on it) and the "sanitized toilet" had fecal matter in the bottom of it when I went to use it for the first time.. it was disgusting. Oh apparently the business the floor below is doing a gut rehab so get ready for an unplanned 8am wakeup!

Left Genova early to get to Milan.

  Exceeded our expectations in relation to price paid - Excellent modern mini suites in a renovated building just across the road from the Principe train station and on the main street to the historic centre, about 10 mins walk... read more away. (Palazzo Real is on the same street). Entrance to the hotel, like many of the other old buildings is very narrow so take care not to miss it. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants but still pretty quiet.

We had a separate bedroom linked to a small sitting area with a super large armchair, desk, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and even a couple of biccies. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Bathroom was also reasonable size with modern fittings, a shower cubicle (no bath) and complimentary shower gel and body lotion.

A buffet breakfast is usually available for 7 euro we were told but was closed due to covid. This was not an issue as there is a decent cafe next door and several others to choose from close by as well.

My only criticism was that there was no heating in the room. We could only get the air con to blow out cold air and as it was pretty chilly and wet during our stay, we could really have done with a bit of warmth.

Lo staff gentile e disponibile ci ha permesso di lassciare il bagaglio per qualche ora al momento del check out.La colazione, servita in un locale dal soffitto affrescato, è varia ed abbondante. Dovessi ritornare a Genova soggiornerei nuovamente qui!

It’s my first time in Italy and we checked in late after a long journey from Bologna Airport.... read more Beautiful large room with simple & modern decor and beautiful windows that open up and overlook courtyard. It’s walking to distance to several fabulous restaurants where we dined at and had ours standing pasta & wine. It’s about a mile from the water or less. Would def stay here again!

La camera... read more che ci è stata assegnata però, davvero improponibile. Una moquette sporca e puzzolente, 3 rampette di scale per arrivare al letto in alto, l'ultima rampetta con scalini di 8 cm, quindi al limite del pericoloso.
Viste le temperature freschine, accendiamo il riscaldamento: peccato che nella camera di mezzo arrivasse solo aria fredda (essendo messa di lato) mentre sopra si sprigionava la puzza di una moquette antiquata.
Il bagno microscopico.
Povera, la ragazza ci aveva si proposto il cambio camera il giorno successivo, ma facendo solo due notti abbiamo preferito rimanere lì...fortunatamente si stava poco in camera.
Probabilmente altre camere erano meglio ma la 112 è assolutamente da sistemare
